Premier Hospitality Management (now rebrand as PREMIER HOSPITALITY ASIA) is specializing in boutique villas and resorts management. Launched in 2010, Premier provides full professional hospitality management covering daily operations, marketing and manning of selected properties, offering unrivalled standards of service and quality yet with value for money. With a proven track record managing villas, since the beginning, Premier is justifiably recognized as an expert bar none in every aspect of villa & boutique resort management and now one of the largest independent hospitality management companies in Asia. Premier has gone from strength to strength in success and size, expanding across various segments of the market and emerging as one of Asia’s largest hospitality management operators.

Premier’s extensive portfolio focuses on numerous luxury villa estates and free standing villas plus boutique resorts across Bali, Indonesia. These include properties in Seminyak– Premier’s first area of operations and to date, containing their largest villa portfolio – as well as other areas across the island including Canggu, Tanah Lot, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Ubud area.  With success comes expansion in South-east Asia with branches supporting and maximizing local and global sales and marketing networks. Joining Premier’s main office in Bali, regional offices are now being established in Singapore and Malaysia, with Premier Hospitality (Singapore) Pte Ltd and Premier Hospitality Management (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd – both offices expected to be up and running by late 2012. In sync with this development, Premier is also expanding property-wise in the region, recently entrusted to manage more luxe properties in Bandung, Yogyakarta, Bintan Island – Indonesia and Malaysia; Kuala Lumpur and Johor Baru.

The brainchild behind Premier, President Commissioner, Gunawan Rahardjo has been successfully involved in the hospitality industry for most of his life, including family-run businesses. From early on, Rahardjo harbored aspirations of taking the hospitality industry to new heights, creating a premier and innovative boutique villa and resorts management concept in Asia. His dream came true with the creation of Premier. With this hospitality management company established, Rahardjo went on to enlist the industry’s crème de la crème for maximum results. Ever-mindful of the global stage, and importance of invaluable support from the international travel association, Premier Hospitality Management is proud to be an official member of PATA; Pacific Asia Travel Association, BVA. Gunawan Rahardjo is also a member of SKAL, an international organization which brings together all branches of the Travel & Tourism Industries.
